WATER ACTIVITIES

Lake Berryessa is one of the largest bodies of fresh water in California. It's approximately 26 miles long, 3 miles wide, with 165 miles of shoreline. (That's more shoreline than Lake Tahoe!) The lake contains 1.6 million acre-feet of water that's use for drinking, irrigation, industry, and most of all — recreation!

Come enjoy the waters of Lake Berryessa year round for boating, fishing, and swimming. Spend the day at Oak Shores or Smittle Creek. Stay for a while at one of the lake front resorts. Enjoy dining out at one of the local haunts.
